Job summary

North Texas Therapy & Home Care seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for pediatric home health in the Dallas area. The role includes delivering skilled therapy to ages 0–21 in patients' homes or daytime facilities, with 2+ visits per week as ordered by physicians.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in SLP, Texas licensure, CCC-SLP CFY completion, and pediatric experience; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship year, CCC-SLP.
• Active license to practice SLP in Texas.
• Experience working with pediatric populations is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Must maintain valid auto insurance and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in homes or daytime facilities for ages 0–21, 2+ times per week.
• Define extent of speech-language impairments using appropriate tests.
• Interpret diagnostic data and write diagnostic reports.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to set goals and advise on therapy modalities.
• Plan and adapt care to meet therapy goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients through training materials and in-service sessions.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows or SLPA if you have 3+ years of experience.
