PediaStaff is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinic in Cary, NC. You will provide comprehensive outpatient speech-language therapy to children, using evidence-based and play-based approaches to improve communication skills.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC, and an active state license. You will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCC certification.
• Current state SLP license.
• Experience assessing and treating pediatric disorders.
• Excellent communication and child engagement skills.
• Experience with diverse pediatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's speech, language, and communication.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and play-based therapy techniques.
• Provide direct therapy to children addressing articulation delays, language impairments, fluency disorders, and social communication difficulties.
• Collaborate with families, providing education, strategies, and resources to support development at home.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other therapy disciplines, educators, and care team; participate in clinic upkeep and organization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions.
