Job summary

Pediastaff is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. The role offers mentorship, flexibility in scheduling, and opportunities to lead clinical initiatives.

You will provide direct therapy, supervision, and telehealth services with a strong emphasis on pediatric care and professional growth. Full-time and part-time options are available, with competitive compensation and a sign-on bonus or student loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CFY completion and CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Active NC SLP license required or eligible.
• Minimum 2 years pediatric experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR certification required; basic computer proficiency (MS Word preferred).
• Mentoring/leadership interest valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-clinic/school-based therapy 3–4 days per week; telehealth supervision 1–2 days.
• Deliver direct supervision, indirect supervision, and paperwork.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary collaboration to support pediatric patients.
• Offer mentorship and leadership within the team.
• Engage in continuing education and maintain documentation and compliance.

• This role includes 3–4 days per week in clinic or school settings and 1–2 days providing virtual direct supervision, indirect supervision, paperwork, and telehealth services.

Compensation can be structured as Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) or a Guaranteed Hourly Rate, based on your preference. $35 per 30-minute session $70 per evaluation (Negotiable) OR Guaranteed Hourly Rate: $32–$40/hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable.
• Must have completed your CFY plus at least one additional year as a CCC-SLP, Active NC SLP License, Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience treating pediatric and adolescent populations, CPR for all ages, Basic computer proficiency (MS Word preferred), and a passion for mentoring, leadership and clinical excellence.
