Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our on-site team serving pediatric patients in school settings across the Gulf Coast and South Texas region, including Humble ISD, Texas City ISD, and Brownsville ISD. You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care.

The ideal candidate holds a TX license, has 3+ years of pediatric experience, and is fluent in Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current TX SLP license or eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years pediatrics experience preferred.
• CPR certification and ongoing education maintained.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric assessments and evaluations to determine needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and complete EMR notes on schedule.
• Maintain safe, compliant clinical environments.
