Job summary

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a licensed Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Texas. The position offers flexible scheduling: full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy for speech, language, feeding, and swallowing disorders in children. Qualifications include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and a Texas license.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligible to obtain before start).
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred; CFYs/new graduates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based pediatric speech therapy targeting articulation, language delays, feeding and swallowing, fluency, and social communication.
• Deliver personalized sessions and monitor progress to support outcomes.
• Educate parents/caregivers on strategies to support progress at home.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPAs, nurses, and other professionals for family-centered care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with professional standards.
