Job summary

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized pediatric speech, language, feeding and swallowing therapy, including assessments and treatment planning. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate families, monitor progress, and deliver evidence-based services designed to help children reach their fullest potential in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start date.
CFY/new graduate encouraged to apply; pediatric experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based pediatric speech therapy for articulation, language, feeding and swallowing disorders.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide family-centered care.
Educate parents/caregivers on strategies to support progress at home.
Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards.
