Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to support children birth to 18 in our multi-disciplinary clinics across North Carolina. You will evaluate, treat, and discharge plan for a diverse caseload using evidence-based practices and a play-based model.

We require a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active NC licensure in SLP, and ASHA certification, with pediatric experience preferred. CFs welcome.

Qualifications

• 1 year of pediatric experience preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered.
• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Active North Carolina Licensure in SLP and ASHA certification required.
• Pass a Background Check.
• Complete evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning for children in outpatient clinic.
• Accurate documentation in EMR system.
• Thorough communication with child's healthcare providers through progress reports and calls.
• Assess and recommend assistive technology or adaptive equipment as needed.
• Acts as a supervisor for CFs and SLPAs in the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluation, treatment, consultation, and discharge planning for children in outpatient clinic.
• Accurate documentation in EMR system.
• Communicate progress with child''s healthcare providers through reports and calls.
• Assess and recommend assistive technology or adaptive equipment as needed.
• Supervise CFs and SLPAs in the clinic.
