6 Degrees Search is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Kansas City area to deliver 1:1 therapy for children ages 3-6 in an ABA-based pediatric clinic. The setting emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time) to fit your lifestyle.

The role offers an established caseload with strong demand, comprehensive evaluations, and opportunities for leadership as the organization grows.

Qualificações

• Licensed or license-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Interest in working with a pediatric population.
• Comfortable working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for providing individualized, child-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized speech-language therapy to children ages 3-6.
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions lasting approximately 30-60 minutes.
• Complete evaluations, typically scheduled for approximately 90 minutes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals.
• Complete documentation using OpenEMR.
• Manage daily caseload and schedule within clinic operating hours.
