Job summary
The LEEAP Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with developmental delays in speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and cognition.

Qualifications
- Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for pediatric, family-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric clients within a multidisciplinary clinic setting.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide speech-language therapy across communication, feeding/swallowing, and cognitive domains.
- Develop home programs and provide parent education and coaching.
- Collaborate with OTs, PTs, ABAs, psychologists, and parents/caregivers.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Opportunities to supervise up to 2 SLP-As with commission/bonus pay.
