Job summary

The LEEAP Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will deliver evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with developmental needs across speech, feeding/swallowing, and cognition.

We value collaboration with OTs, PTs, ABA providers, psychologists, and families, along with parent coaching and home program development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current NC license as SLP required.
• Bilingual abilities, Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with pediatric/caregiver-centered care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric clients in a multidisciplinary clinic.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide speech-language therapy across communication, feeding/swallowing, and cognition.
• Develop home programs and provide parent education and coaching.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, ABA providers, psychologists, and families.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning.
• Opportunities may exist to supervise up to 2 SLP-As with bonus pay.
