Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based pediatric therapy. You will evaluate, treat, and guide families, coordinating with care teams to support child development in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to pediatric patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
• Perform evaluations with emphasis on receptive and expressive language, articulation, and related skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians on patient progress and maintain records.
• Maintain supplies and equipment and participate in QA/QI activities.
• Attend internal/external education events and continue professional development.
