Job summary

Burke is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech, oral motor therapy, and consultative services to birth-3 children through community-based and telehealth settings. The role involves screenings, assessments, and creating family-centered treatment plans in collaboration with the ECI team.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current SLP-ASHA certification, and Texas license, plus a valid driver’s license. Eligible full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current ASHA certification.
  • Current Texas SLP license required.
  • Valid Texas driver's license with insurable driving record.
  • CPR/First Aid/Defensive Driving and program-required training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and oral motor therapy in community-based and telehealth settings.
  • Deliver consultative services to children, families, caregivers, and team members.
  • Conduct speech-language screenings and assessments for infants and toddlers at risk.
  • Develop, implement, and review comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
  • Document services accurately and timely per program requirements and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with families and other ECI professionals to support development in daily routines.
  • Complete required program training and maintain Burke policies and licensing compliance.
