Job summary

A regional educational service provider is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) focused on early intervention for children ages 0–3 with communication delays. The role involves working directly with families, collaborating on Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), and providing strategic support. This position can largely be done remotely within Washington, requiring a valid SLP license and experience with young children. Some travel for home visits is needed, with all expenses reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid Washington State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with young children and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children ages 0–3 with communication delays using comprehensive assessments.
• Collaborate with families to develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Provide direct early support services to families using a family-centered coaching model.
