Riverside Community Care is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join its Early Intervention program in Cambridge/Somerville. The role focuses on receptive and expressive language, and feeding, working within an interdisciplinary team to support children aged 0–3 and their families.

The SLP will use a dyadic relationship-based approach, provide parent coaching and education, and commit to ongoing supervision and team collaboration as part of a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience working with early intervention programs (0-3 years) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Focus on receptive and expressive communication, language and feeding in young children.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and coach families to support daily interactions and goals.
• Engage in family-centered services with a dyadic relationship-based approach.
