Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver dynamic, play-based therapy within a transdisciplinary pediatric model. You will develop individualized plans that integrate sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies, empowering families to carry progress into daily life.

As part of Cortica's Clinical Ladder, you will mentor SLPAs, advance leadership, and collaborate with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, and therapists to drive superior outcomes for neurodivergent children.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP licensure in the practicing state(s).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification; CFs encouraged to apply.
• Interest in collaborative, transdisciplinary care for neurodivergent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy aligned with holistic care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans within a transdisciplinary team.
• Educate and empower families to extend communication strategies at home.
• Supervise SLPAs and contribute to clinical leadership initiatives.

Education

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active SLP licensure

ASHA CCC-SLP certification
