Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Clinical Fellow – Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to help children improve speech, language, feeding and swallowing through personalized, one-on-one therapy. You will work with families, conduct comprehensive evaluations, and develop tailored treatment plans in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

The role offers a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday) with mentorship, PTO/paid holidays, a 401k, and comprehensive healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date.
• 1 year of experience preferred - new graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.
