Premier Pediatric Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join a unique clinic + Early Intervention role.

The position blends mornings in Early Intervention/community-based services with afternoons in outpatient therapy, enabling work across settings while maintaining a full-time caseload. You will evaluate and treat children birth to 18 in EI, community, and clinic settings, develop goals, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Current Virginia SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility.
• Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Early Intervention Certification (Must be obtained prior to start date).
• Free certification course instructions can be sent to hired candidates (about 17 hours).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care.
• Comfortable working independently in the community and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic.
• Creative, flexible, and growth-minded approach.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Early Intervention experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Early Intervention and community-based speech-language services.
• Evaluate and treat children with a variety of communication and developmental needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide evidence-based, child-centered interventions and educate caregivers.
• Complete documentation within scheduled administrative time.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, families, physicians, educators and community providers.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination.
• Contribute to program development and clinic initiatives.
