Job summary

Access Rehab Centers seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver pediatric therapy in children’s homes and at outpatient sites. You’ll provide speech, language, and feeding services to diverse ages, emphasizing functional communication in natural environments.

Join a multidisciplinary team across 15 outpatient clinics, collaborating with families and care teams to create tailored treatment plans, document progress, and support growth for each child.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, and feeding therapy within the home setting to support functional communication and development.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to create personalized treatment plans.
• Complete evaluations, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with professional and company standards.
• Work with children across a variety of ages and diagnoses—from early intervention through school-age.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other team members to ensure continuity of care.

As part of our growing network with15 outpatient locations, you’ll join a team that provides thefull spectrum of pediatric care—from theNICU to clinic-based, school-based, and in-home services. This position is ideal for an SLP who loves one-on-one care, collaboration, and seeing real progress where it matters most.

What You’ll Do
