Job summary

Sophos Speech and Academics is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a clinical role in Phoenix, AZ, with potential growth into leadership. You will build your own pediatric caseload and help shape our practice.

Your schedule is primarily clinic-based with a consistent weekly block of school-based pull-out sessions at a local private school (typically 1–2 days per week). Occasional in-home sessions may be available nearby; therapy is in person with some remote admin tasks.

We're hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a clinical role with the potential to evolve into leadership opportunities. You'll build your own pediatric caseload while helping shape the future of our practice.

Your caseload will be primarily clinic-based, with a consistent weekly block of school-based pull-out sessions at one local private school, typically 1-2 days per week. Occasional in-home sessions may also be available within a short drive of the clinic.

Schedule & Location

This is a W-2 hourly position, Monday-Friday. Our clinic is located near Tatum and Shea at 11250 N Tatum Blvd, Suite 104, Phoenix, AZ 85028. Therapy is provided in person; reports and documentation may be completed remotely.

Pay:

$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
