Competitive hourly pay ranges from $64 to $92, with flexible full-time, part-time, and contract options. Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• AHCCCS provider ID if applicable.
• Article 9 certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech and language therapy in patients’ homes.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions for children’s communication goals.
• Document progress within required timeframes.
• Educate caregivers to support home-based carryover of therapy goals.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Communicate patient progress and needs.
• Optionally supervise qualified SLPAs.
