Job summary

Stepping Stones Therapy, Inc. in Newport Beach, CA seeks a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team.

This role features a Monday–Friday schedule with a Friday half-day, emphasizing work-life balance and meaningful impact on children's communication skills. Responsibilities include delivering individualized therapy, developing evidence-based plans, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Licensed or eligible for California licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech-language therapy to pediatric clients with various communication disorders.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Conduct evaluations, develop recommendations, and prepare reports.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation (SOAP notes, progress reports).
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team to support goals.
