Job summary

Stepping Stones Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) for our pediatric outpatient clinic in Torrance, CA. The role focuses on evaluations, individualized treatment, and family-centered care with a support‑rich private practice environment.

The position offers mentorship, professional growth, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team, with a part‑time four‑day work week (Mon–Thu) and potential Fridays in the future.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California SLP license or eligibility for Clinical Fellows.
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, social communication, and pediatric feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on each child’s strengths and needs.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy to pediatric clients.
• Educate and collaborate with families to facilitate carryover of strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, OTs, PTs, and other professionals.
