Job summary

Stepping Stones Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a multidisciplinary pediatric team in a consistent afternoon schedule. This role offers meaningful impact on children’s communication skills with supportive leadership and collaborative colleagues.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in SLP, California licensure or eligibility, and preferably the ASHA CCC-SLP. Prior pediatric experience and strong communication are valued for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• California SLP license or eligibility to practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred.
• Experience with pediatric populations is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Address articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, social communication, and other areas of speech-language development.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes and progress reports.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support treatment goals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with occupational and physical therapists.
• Provide parent education, home programming, and carryover strategies.
• Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and clinical standards.
