Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is seeking a licensed Certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our pediatric therapy team in California. The role supports a multidisciplinary outpatient practice that includes clinic, ranch, and telehealth settings to help children achieve therapy goals.

You will provide direct speech-language services, document progress, and prepare therapy materials while collaborating with other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid California License as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
• Minimum 2 years in pediatric outpatient setting, preferred.
• Clear Livescan
• TB Test
• CPR Healthcare Provider Card.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a strong-team player.
• Desire to continue growth as a professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children following treatment plans.
• Document patient progress through daily notes.
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment for use in therapy activities.
• Adapt or modify materials to meet patient needs.
• May work in clinic, ranch, or telehealth settings.
• Communicate effectively in oral and written formats.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and administrative staff.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
