Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Management or related field preferred.
• Six months of security/public safety experience required; hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a secure environment through entry screening and patrols.
• Enforce security policies and report incidents with written logs.
• Respond to routine and emergency security calls promptly.
• Escort unauthorized individuals and verify authorized access.
• Support clinical teams during behavioral health events and restraints.
• Maintain badge checks and access control throughout the Enterprise.
• Assist during helicopter landings, fire alarms, and emergency drills.
• Collaborate with supervisors and parking team as needed.
