Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role in Minnesota for the upcoming academic year. The assignment starts October 14 and runs through the school year, providing essential support in a school-based environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or eligibility as an SLP (CCC, CFY, or state cert).
• Experience with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred.
• Solid assessment, intervention, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication for collaboration with students, families and school teams.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on student goals.
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students individually and in groups.
• Maintain accurate and timely records for progress monitoring and compliance.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student growth.
