Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring pediatric physical therapists for the 2026-2027 school year in California. Roles are full-time with hourly compensation ranging from $56 to $70 per hour. The team focuses on empowerment and real change for children and their families.

Qualifications

Hold (or be eligible for) a California Physical Therapy license.
Strong clinical, interpersonal and documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with caregivers and professionals.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct physical therapy services and consultation for children in school or pediatric settings.
Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments, observations, and interviews.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with SMART goals.
Collaborate with educators, families and team members to support student outcomes.
Participate in equipment/assistive technology evaluation and trainings.
Contribute to IEP and medical team meetings as an active member.
Engage in ongoing professional development, mentorship and Special Interest Groups (SIGs).
