SPG Therapy & Education is a California-based pediatric group hiring Physical Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year in Richmond. This full-time role offers direct PT services, evaluations, and treatment planning for children in school and pediatric settings.

You will collaborate with educators and families, develop SMART goals, participate in IEP/medical meetings, and pursue ongoing professional development. California licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Hold (or are eligible for) a valid California Physical Therapy license.
• Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings.
• Strong clinical, interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services and consultation for children in school or pediatric settings.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with SMART goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families and team members to support student outcomes.
• Participate in equipment/assistive technology evaluation and trainings.
• Contribute to IEP and medical team meetings as an active member.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentoring.
