Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is actively seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to support children in school-based and clinic settings across California. This role requires pediatric experience and a California OT license (Master's or Doctorate).

Compensation ranges from $60 to $72 per hour, with options for full-time or per-diem schedules and a collaborative, patient-centered team culture. You will conduct direct therapy, perform assessments, collaborate with educators and families, and document

Qualifications

• Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred.
• Holds (or are eligible for) a California OT license (Master's Degree or Doctorate).
• Communicates effectively and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong clinical skills with a warm, client-centered approach.
• Eager to learn, grow, and continue professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
