SPG Therapy & Education in Texas is seeking Occupational Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year. We are a pediatric group dedicated to empowering real change in children’s lives and supporting families.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, school-based and clinic assessments, collaboration with educators and families, and thorough documentation. Opportunities for supervision of fieldwork students and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience required; school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
• Warm, client-centered approach with robust clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments in school-based and clinic environments.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervise OT fieldwork students as needed.
