Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is a Texas-based pediatric group seeking passionate Occupational Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year. We offer full-time or per-diem opportunities with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and a focus on empowering children and families.

Candidates should have pediatric or school-based experience, Texas OT licensure (or eligibility) and a master’s or doctoral degree. We provide mentorship, ongoing education, and benefits to support professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.

• Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
