Qualifications

• Pediatric OT experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for Arizona OT license.
• Strong communication and collaboration with educators and families.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy to children in school-based and clinical environments.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Provide mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
