Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide services to children in the school setting. You will perform evaluations, develop and implement OT plans, and monitor progress in line with IEP goals.

Responsibilities include collaboration with families, educators and other professionals, and timely documentation. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in OT (ACOTE) and NBCOT registration are required, with an active OT license in the state of practice.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration with NBCOT is required.
• Must hold a valid, unencumbered OT license as required by the state.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to children in the school setting.
• Perform evaluations and assessments and track child progress.
• Deliver OT services as mandated in the IEP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators and other professionals to support each child.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.
