Job summary

The Greater Nebraska Schools Hiring Consortium is seeking a Substitute School Nurse or Medication Aide for student support services in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. The role requires a valid RN license, CPR certification, and preferably a BSN and experience in Pediatrics.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Registered Nurse license in Nebraska.
• NDE Special Services certificate preferred.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in Pediatrics or Public Health is beneficial.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to students as a substitute.
• Administer medication as a trained Medication Aide.
• Collaborate with staff and administration to ensure student health.

Skills

Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska

CNA certification

Medication Aide training

Current CPR certification

Experience in Pediatrics or Public Health

Education

Baccalaureate degree, BSN preferred

NDE Special Services certificate (preferred)
