Qualifications

• Active MO LPN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Current negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for students with chronic health conditions with school partners.
• Monitor immunization records in compliance with state requirements.
• Deliver first aid and emergency care when needed.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain confidential student health records and communicate with families.
