Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a part-time speech-language pathologist to support students in a CT school setting near New Britain for the full academic year. The role involves three days per week with a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

CFY, CCC-SLP, or experienced SLPs are welcome; CT SLP licensure or eligibility is required. You will develop and implement IEP goals and contribute to comprehensive assessments and reports.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Connecticut SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• CFY, CCC-SLP, and pediatric school-based SLPs considered.
• Ability to develop and execute IEPs.
• Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating pediatric speech disorders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs.
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and help determine eligibility for services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor progress on IEP goals.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• CFY, CCC-SLP, and pediatric school-based SLPs considered
• Ability to develop and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
