ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a supportive school team near Forest, MS. This full-time, on-site role focuses on pediatric speech-language development, collaborating with teachers and families to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active Mississippi State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status.
• Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a passion for helping children succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
• Provide direct therapy services, documenting measurable progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student achievement.
• Attend meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with state and school guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training as needed.
