UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Internal Medicine Endocrinology Division to conduct preclinical studies and explore the basic biology of pediatric sarcoma, including CIC::DUX4-rearranged sarcoma. Candidates must hold a Ph.D.

and/or M.D. degree and have experience with mouse models, molecular cloning, CRISPR gene editing, and data analysis with Excel, Prism, PowerPoint, with results aimed at publication.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.D. degree required.
• Experience with preclinical mouse studies, molecular cloning, small molecule studies, and CRISPR.
• Data analysis/presentation using Excel, Prism, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preclinical studies in pediatric sarcoma.
• Perform basic biology experiments related to CIC::DUX4-rearranged sarcoma CDS.
• Prepare data and figures for publication.
