Qualifications

• PhD or MS/BS with major coursework in the field of assignment.
• Experience in cancer biology, sarcoma biology, bone biology, tumor microenvironment biology, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct assigned scientific or medical research projects.
• Design and execute hypothesis-driven studies on osteosarcoma initiation, growth, and metastasis.
• Develop and maintain osteosarcoma cell culture systems and perform drug-response assays.
• Conduct in vivo studies using orthotopic models and monitor tumor progression.
• Perform molecular assays (PCR, qPCR, western blot) and sequencing workflows.
• Engage in tissue processing, immunohistochemistry, and image analysis.
• Support single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing studies and data analysis.
• Evaluate therapeutics and pathway inhibitors with proper controls.
