Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a driven sales professional to join our commercial team in the assigned territory. You will develop and manage the territory, applying clinical judgment to implement clients' marketing plans and engage with health providers and patients.

You will also provide educational and scientific support to physicians and nursing staff, using materials tailored to your audience. The role requires travel within the territory and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1–2 years' B2B or 1–2 years' pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to implement clients' marketing plan by using your professional expertise, clinical training, and judgement. You will:

• Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience
• Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory depending on each client's needs
• Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
• Provide educational and scientific support for decisions to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years' business to business (B2B) or 1-2 years' pharmaceutical sales experience
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
