Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Bayshore Pediatrics, delivering pediatric care with focus on telephone triage, patient education, care coordination, and in-person support. The role supports providers and families to promote healthy outcomes for children.

The RN works a 32-hour week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Requires nursing licensure and pediatric experience as noted in the qualifications.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a primary care or urgent care setting preferred.

Mansioni

• Triage via phone andPatient messaging in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Delegate patient care responsibilities and maintain accountability for quality of care.
• Provide health education to families focusing on self-management and preventive health.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and secure handling of patient information.
• Coordinate care with providers and other disciplines to meet patient needs.
