Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice is occurring.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions
• Collaborates with physicians and other colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care
• Cares for patients during preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up
• Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise
