Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND seeks registered nurses to join our 24-bed pediatric unit dedicated to high-quality, family-centered care. Rotating shifts, full-time schedule (36 hours weekly) and a supportive team help you grow and thrive.

We value compassionate, collaborative nurses who communicate well, stay organized, and deliver excellent care. New grads are encouraged to apply, and a sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA credentials; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the relevant state or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education and triage.
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Provides care for patients across stages of preventive services, maintenance, diagnosis and follow-up.
• Demonstrates competency using comprehensive nursing expertise.
