Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ASN with active RN license in Indiana or via NLC.
• BSN preferred.
• 3-5 years of pediatric nursing or related experience.
• BLS required; additional life support certifications may be needed per unit policies.
• Proficient with medical terminology and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for pediatric patients with complex conditions across care continuum.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans with patient/family input.
• Collaborate with primary care, specialists, and care team.
• Educate families about diagnoses, treatments, and resources.
• Facilitate timely tests, consultations, and follow-up care.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
