Job summary

SSM Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse with pediatric experience to fill a part‑time Danis Peds Nurse Navigator position. The role involves navigating patients through the continuum of care, coordinating with physicians and care teams to ensure quality outcomes.

The RN will support follow‑up care, assist in education and referrals, and participate in data collection to drive process improvements. Evening and day shifts are possible within standard business hours.

Qualifications

• RN with pediatric experience and strong communication to coordinate care.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care coordinators.
• Experience in patient navigation or care coordination is a plus.
