Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Associate's Degree in nursing from an approved program.
• RN licensure in Virginia or eligibility/compact state.
• BSN preferred; if no BSN, enroll in RN to BSN within 2 years and complete within 5.
• Experience: Clin II 12–24 months; Clin III 3 years in clinical practice.
• Experience in academic health care or similar pediatric ambulatory setting is valued.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and document age-specific care per medical orders and plan of care.
• Safely administer medications and identify interactions or incompatibilities.
• Provide direction, education, and leadership at the unit level as appropriate.
• Organize work and supervise others (RN/LPN/Care Partners) as assigned.
• Follow Virginia nursing regulations and ANA Code of Ethics.
