Job summary

CareFinders Total Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for in-home pediatric care in Belleville, NJ. Work one-on-one with children with autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs, providing skilled nursing care, comfort, and support that matters for families.

Shifts include Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and Thursdays, Fridays 3:00 PM–7:00 PM, with additional day/evening/overnight options.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (state-specific).
• Willingness to work in Belleville.
• Pediatric experience preferred, not required.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Comfortable providing care for children with developmental and complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting.
• Monitor the child’s health, safety, and overall condition.
• Administer medications and perform routine treatments.
• Provide seizure awareness and response (training available if needed).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and daily care needs.
• Complete clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Communicate changes, concerns, and updates with parents and care team.
