Duke Primary Care Pediatrics-Cary is seeking a Registered Nurse II to join our pediatric team at Cary location. You will provide professional nursing care in collaboration with physicians and clinic staff, following orders and established policies.

Open to qualified candidates with BSN, NC RN licensure, and BLS certification. One year of RN experience is preferred for Level II. Relocation assistance may be offered based on eligibility and departmental needs.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited BSN program.
• RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS required.
• One year of RN experience is required for Level II Registered Nurses.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, provide, and document professional nursing care under physician orders and established policies.
• Delegate tasks and supervise the activities of other licensed and unlicensed care providers.
• Assist other healthcare personnel in delivering patient care and maintain the environment of care.
• Prioritize work and manage resources to complete care components promptly.
• Participate in professional development and identify learning needs for improvement.
• Support the development of staff and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
