Atria Health Institute is seeking a pediatric registered nurse to provide personalized, preventive, and urgent care to pediatric members in home and institute settings. You will collaborate with pediatricians, perform procedures, and support administrative tasks while maintaining licenses and providing member education.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of RN experience with regular phlebotomy and IV placement.
• Current New York RN license and BLS certification are required.
• Ability to provide preventive, primary and urgent care in home and clinic settings.

Responsabilités

• Partner with pediatricians to deliver preventive, primary and urgent care at home and in the institute.
• Provide personalized nursing care and build strong relationships with pediatric patients.
• Perform vaccinations, phlebotomy, and IV placement.
• Conduct point-of-care testing in home visits (rapid tests).
• Collect samples and process with institute lab equipment.
• Compile visit summaries and complete required paperwork.
• Assist with inventory and scheduling as needed.
• Communicate with care team in a collaborative model.
• Educate members about offerings and telemedicine tools, and care for acute/chronic conditions.
• Triage calls for sick visits and maintain licenses/certifications.
• Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
