Atria Health Institute in New York is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide preventive and primary care, collaborate with pediatricians and support home visits to our members.

Qualifications
- Current New York NP license with nurse practitioner credential in Pediatrics or Family.
- 2+ years Pediatric experience as NP required.
- National Board Certification as NP (Pediatrics or Family)
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric primary and preventive care in a state of the art facility and during home visits.
- Collaborate with Pediatricians to deliver preventive care, well visits and health assessments.
- Perform minor procedures including vaccinations, phlebotomy, IV placement and wound care.
- Communicate with families via secure messaging and email, with care coordination support.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable nursing practice laws and regulations.
